Hi I'm Avais O. You guys can call me Ava. I've been a part of the drayage industry for 2 years now and I have gained so much knowledge in that short time! I started out as an independent dispatcher working in the spot freight segment. I became interested in the drayage segment when I would always see the containers on the road. I noticed that the load board I was using at the time didn't offer many options to book container loads. That's when I put on my investigator hat and began doing TONS of research!

While doing my research, I realized that there was NOT a lot of information readily available. So, it goes without saying that I bumped my head many times! I was even laughed at when I started sending out my rate quote request! I didn't give up! I dug deep in finding the necessary information and began making major moves in drayage.

I became so well versed that I started setting other companies up to become drayage carriers and dispatchers. I knew the information was hard to find, so I figured I'd help others who were looking to get started. And, this is when I had my "aha" moment! I figured, instead of helping others individually, why not create a digital course where I can show thousands of people at a time! Hence, the creation of Drayage Academy and the Drayage Blueprint digital course!
